Welcome Back! This information is for student leaders returning to support their student organization. Office of Student Life supports the development of student orgs because they support involvement, engagement, and creates great student life.
All student leaders coming back to support their student organization again, must complete the renewing charter form. This form provides Office of Student Life with information about your purpose, officer names, advisor information, and expected activities.
After the renewing charter is received, officers will be contacted to attend a funding training. At least one officer must attend training before funding is received for any activities. If activities are planned by student org officers without this training, and funds are expended, the officer will be personally responsible for that funding and will not be reimbursed.
