Instructions for Accessing On the Hub Web Store

New Users

1. Go to lwtech.onthehub.com and Click on the Start Shopping button.
   
2. If this is your first time to the site, you will need to Register. Click the Register button.
   
3. Enter your LWTech email address and click the Continue button.
   
4. Enter your First name, Last name, (your email address should already be entered) a Password and select the Group of which you are a member. 
   1. Check the box “Please keep me informed of products, services, and information specifically related to this offer. (Required for program consideration).”
   2. Check the box “I’m not a robot.” Click on the Register button.
5. You will receive an Eligibility email telling you to go to your email and confirm your email account.
   
6. Log into your LWTech email account. Open the email confirmation email. Click the link to confirm your email.
7. Enter your Username (your email address if it is not already filled in) and your Password and click the Sign In button.
   

Returning Users

1. Go to lwtech.onthehub.com and Click on the Start Shopping button.
   
   
2. Enter your Username (your email address if it is not already filled in) and your Password and click the Sign In button.
   

Instructions for Downloading Software

Windows 10

1. Go to the Microsoft tab and click on the Windows 10 image.
   
2. Click on the Add to Cart button.
   
3. Add any other items you want to your cart and click the Check Out button.
   
4. Read the Microsoft Student Option User Acceptance Form. If you accept the terms, enter your Username and Signature at the bottom of the page and click on the Accept button.
   
5. Verify your name and email are correct and the items in your cart are correct. Click the Proceed With Order button.
   
6. This is your invoice with your Product Key. Keep it safe. You will need the Product Key to install the software.
   

Adobe Creative Cloud

1. Go to the Adobe tab and click on the Adobe Creative Cloud image.
   
2. Click on the Get it now button.
   
3. Click on the Buy now button.
   
4. Enter your LWTech email address. Select either Annual plan, prepaid, or Annual plan paid Monthly and click on Continue.
   
5. Fill in your credit card info and click on Continue to Verification.
   
6. Follow the directions on the website to complete your order.
