The Information Technology Services (ITS) at Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) provides IT services and help for LWTech students and employees. Information for how to submit help requests for students and employees can be found below.

The IT Student Help Desk offers technical support services, conviniently located inside the Enrollment Services area, adjacent to the Information Desk in West Building, W201. A full-time student led service is offered to all currently enrolled LWTech students.
