Dental Clinic Policies

Our goal is to provide students with dental hygiene and dental assisting education and for our patients to receive quality dental care. To support these goals, the following dental clinic policies are in effect:

  • Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and VISA, MasterCard or American Express for your payment convenience. We do not accept Discover Card.
  • A strict cancellation policy is adhered to due to students clinical requirements. We require notice of at least 48 hours before your dental appointment to re-schedule it.
  • A parent or a guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 and stay on site during the treatment.
  • As a courtesy, we submit insurance claims on your behalf. However, you are ultimately responsible for any fees incurred. You must bring in all necessary information and inform us when that information has changed.
