2022 Commencement Ceremony

Congratulations Graduates!

The commencement ceremony is an ongoing tradition to celebrate your academic successes and accomplishments. Administrators, faculty, and staff all work hard to ensure this event is a memorable, special occasion for all graduates. We hope you will have a memorable experience at your commencement ceremony.

Class of 2020, 2021, and 2022 Are All Invited to the 2022 Commencement Ceremony!

To our 2020 and 2021 graduates, we are here to celebrate you and your accomplishments during the 2022 in-person ceremony.Class of 2022. To our 2022 graduates, we are happy to welcome you to our in-person ceremony. 

Please review all information below to ensure you know how to fully participate in this year's ceremony. If you have questions about how to participate in the ceremony please email the commencement committee to learn more.

Timeline

Please use the dates outlined below to plan your attendance at the commencement ceremony.

January, 2022

  • 2020, 2021, and 2022 graduating classes will be notified of the opportunity to attend the ceremony. 

April, 2022

  • Announcements available in the Bookstore.
  • Caps and gowns available for purchase in the Bookstore.
  • Ceremony registration open and available online. The link will go live at that point. Students are notified of their ability to attend the ceremony.

May 1, 2022

June 1, 2022

  • To have a seat secured at the ceremony graduates will complete the registration form.
  • Graduates are eligible to pick up honor cords from Student Programs, East Building, E128. Please bring your college issued identification card.
  • Last day to request guest tickets.

June 15, 2022

  • Final day to register for a seat at the ceremony.
  • Last day to pick up guest tickets.
June 17, 2022

Students are expected to arrive at no later than 12:30 p.m. Students will arrive at the Center and check in on the first floor. There will be no check in room to stay in. Please note the following:

  • In order to participate in the ceremony you must have your name card. That card will serve as your photography card, also. 

Please note:

  • You will be offered an opportunity to use the on-site photographer to sit for additional photos.
  • Please make arrangements for the care of your children.
  • Do not bring anything large that will interfere with your ability to walk in the processional and sit in seats. 
  • Please do not bring anything valuable with you to the ceremony. If possible, leave your belongings with friends or family. The center does not have any lockers for use.
