The Baking Arts program is accredited through the American Culinary Federation. Additionally, our instructors have years of both industry and teaching experience and strive to help our students successful.
Students can enroll fall, winter, spring and summer quarter. Baking Arts AAS degree will require five quarters to complete a degree, and two or three quarters for a certificate.
Although not all of our classes are offered at night, students wishing to enter the baking program will have the opportunity to take some of their classes at night. We also offer many evening classes through Corporate Continuing Education Center; consult the college catalog.

Past LWTech graduates work at leading local and national businesses. These include Compass Group, Blazing Bagels, NY Cupcakes, French Bakery, Deru Market, Hoffman’s, Dianne’s Delights, Whole Foods, and many others.
