Is the program accredited?

The Baking Arts program is accredited through the American Culinary FederationAdditionally, our instructors have years of both industry and teaching experience and strive to help our students successful.

When can I enroll and how long will it take me to complete the program?

Students can enroll fall, winter, spring and summer quarter. Baking Arts AAS degree will require five quarters to complete a degree, and two or three quarters for a certificate.

Can I take classes at night?

Although not all of our classes are offered at night, students wishing to enter the baking program will have the opportunity to take some of their classes at night. We also offer many evening classes through Corporate Continuing Education Center; consult the college catalog.

What kind fo jobs can I get with a Baking Arts degree or certificate?
