What browser should I use?

Legend works best with the newest version of Google Chrome. It will also work in other browsers, as long as the browser is fully updated. Some features are not compatible with Internet Explorer or Firefox.

My student email does not allow me to login. How can I get into my account?

Legend uses your student email address. If you are currently or have previously worked as a student employee in an office here on campus, your account may have switched over to your employee email. Please try logging in using your employee email and password. If you do not remember your employee login, you can use the online express password reset webpage to reset your employee email passwords. For additional help with your employee email, please contact Information Technology Services.

Why am I getting emails from Legend?

One way that Legend helps you be successful is by notifying you when an issue has been reported, which may be interfering with your academic success here at LWTech. Legend will email you when flags are raised and give you suggestions for resolving the issue or information on how to reach out to various services on campus for additional help.

You may also receive confirmation emails for Kudos, making appointments, and asking for help via the "Raise Your Hand" function.

Will flags impact my scholarship or selective admission application(s)?

No. Flags raised within Legend are meant to alert LWTech staff that students may need additional support. We use flags to offer support services to help you be successful in your classes. Your Legend account will not be used in decisions for Scholarships or for selective admission programs.
