While you are here, the Student Services division is available to support your journey
from entry to exit. We have designed our support services to make sure you accomplish
your educational goals and invite you to take advantage of as many as possible.

Vice President of Student Services
The Admissions and Outreach team is responsible for making sure you have the information you need to decide if LWTech is the right place for you. We provide weekly information sessions, individual and group tours upon request, an annual open house, and regular information sessions about our selective programs. We also determine residency based on state guidelines.
The Enrollment Services team ensures your records are accurate and confidential. We process your registration and graduation paperwork, provide entry assessment testing, maintain all student archive records, and provide your transcripts upon request.
The Student Development team provides support services to make sure you are successful at LWTech. We provide academic advising and disability accommodations. This is also the office that manages our student conduct process.
The WorkForce Development team provides wrap around support and grant funding for eligible students. We support low income students, unemployed and veteran students, and TANF and food stamp recipients. We also manage the college’s employment resources center.
The Financial Aid team assists student in applying for federal and state financial aid. This includes grants, loans, and institutional scholarships. We also manage services for veterans.
The Office of Student Life team provides multiple opportunities for students to be involved on campus. We support the associated student government, student clubs, and provide campus programming. We also manage the annual commencement ceremony and create the student handbook.
The TRIO team provides wrap around support to eligible students who are low income, first generation, and/or a student with a disability. Services include advising, mentoring, tutoring, and targeted success workshops. We also manage the Learning Lab which is open to all LWTech students.
The Early Learning Center team provides dedicated care to children 18 months and walking up to age 6. Special reduced rates are available to students taking 6 or more credits.
