Welcome LWTech Retirees! Our success today is due to your contributions to campus.
President Morrison and Elisabeth Sorensen are delighted to invite you, our valued and wonderful LWTech retirees, to join us for the LWTech Foundation’s Second Annual LWTech Retirees’ Gathering.
This year, to ensure your health and safety during the COVID-19 global pandemic, we will gather virtually via Zoom. In 2021, we plan to return to the hosted luncheon model and pre-luncheon “meet and greet” coffee hour with current faculty and employees.
Thursday, September 24th
12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. via ZOOM

This is not a fundraiser; instead it is a celebration of you and your collective work, a chance to provide exciting college updates and an opportunity to mix and mingle with fellow LWTech retirees.
The First Annual LWTech Retirees Luncheon, held on campus on Wednesday, September 19 2019, was a huge success! The event was attended by 25 LWTech retirees including retired LWTech President Dr. Sharon McGavick as well as LWTech Foundation Board President Diane Haelsig.
The event included a coffee “meet and greet” prior to the luncheon which was well attended by current LWTech staff and faculty. The retirees were welcomed by Elisabeth Sorensen, LWTech Foundation Executive Director and treated to a comprehensive LWTech Update and Q&A by President Amy Morrison.
Additionally, retirees were invited to the Bright Futures Benefit Breakfast on Tuesday, October 29 to sit at a special retiree table captained by LWTech Foundation Board Member and retiree Nolan Koreski.
