The Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) Facilities and Operations is a part of the Administrative Services division. We support the college mission by providing various essential services to our campus community.
LWTech Facilities team is comprised of five major areas of operations:
The Facilities and Operations department is dedicated to providing an attractive, clean, accessible, safe, and well-planned environment to facilitate campus activities, promote conservation and sustainable practices, and support the mission and goals of the college. The campus is bordered by a perimeter of trees and foliage. This provides a sense of tranquility surrounding our campus grounds. Several green spaces and sculptures are located around the campus for student leisure. All department efforts are service-based, and excellent customer service is an essential component and goal of all departmental undertakings.
Facilities and Operations employees are the backbone of our mission. Our employees receive appropriate professional development, training, resources, and leadership support so that they are prepared to meet the demands of the future.
